Which pistol and holster combinations are you guys using for modern CAG impressions?
I was thinking maybe Glocks in some type of MOLLE mounted holster attached to a PC.

Oh so you're working on a CAG kit too! We Ohioians need to get together once everything is good to go...

IIRC, Glock or 1911. Safariland 6004.

I have a 6004 for 1911 w/M3 light.  I was gonna use this for an excuse to buy a Glock 19.

Go for it if you want a Glock. Then you'll need another holster. Wink

I have a SERPA.  Any other ideas for a MOLLE mountable holster?

What era CAG are you doing?
Do you have any reference photos?
I have some on a disk I will try to upload later.

I'm undecided atm since I'm trying to finish up my main SAW rig (someone needs to trade me an RRV+$$$ for my CIRAS).
I have no reference photos but I'm really liking the RAV on DCUs and ACUs from the photos I've skimmed through.

it looks like he's sporting a RAV.  your 1911 is appropriate based on that photo.

if going for a chest mounted holster, i would opt for a safariland MOLLE adapter and just bolt your 6004 body to it.  i'd also check out the G-Code holsters from Eagle, as well as the Bladetechs.

the SERPA would be my LAST choice.

Get a glock, Safariland holster and MOLLE adaptor, and you'll be golden...

Otherwise I'd recommend just using the drop leg.
