Here you can see the flap that gets sewn onto the chest rig. Then the sides of the pouch are sewn on. This limits how far the radio can slide down behind the pouch. The fstx buckle is part of the retention for the radio.

 

 

 

Smoke loop. I wasn't really sure how this was going to work but we have a bunch of guys running this now and we haven;t changed any thing. Its working great. They slide the bodu thru the elastic and then put a large rubber bacd around the body and spoon.

 

 

Here you can see this pouch will also hold 6 m4 mags.
