Just read something whacky. These guys had huge amounts of coke and LSD in their systems, hence why they could fight for 50 hours straight without food or sleep.
LSD is an interesting choice though...
From what I heard there were only trace amounts of LSD on a few things, and only a negligible amount in their systems. LSD heightens your awareness in small doses so maybe this is why they took it
